By using Gonka Wallet, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
Description
Gonka Wallet is an open-source, self-custodial cryptocurrency wallet for the Gonka blockchain. The source code is publicly available at https://github.com/gonkavip/wallet.
Self-Custody
Gonka Wallet is a self-custodial wallet. This means:
- You are solely responsible for your seed phrase (mnemonic) and private keys
- You are solely responsible for keeping your seed phrase secure and backed up
- If you lose your seed phrase, your funds cannot be recovered by anyone
- No one has access to your keys or funds except you
No Warranty
This software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding:
- Availability or uptime of blockchain nodes
- Accuracy of displayed balances or transaction data
- Successful delivery or confirmation of transactions
- Compatibility with future blockchain upgrades
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any loss of funds, loss of data, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this application.
Not Financial Advice
This application is a tool for interacting with the Gonka blockchain. Nothing in this application constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Safeguard your seed phrase and never share it with anyone
- Verify transaction details before confirming
- Use the application in compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction
- Understand the risks associated with blockchain transactions, including their irreversible nature

This software is open source. You are free to review, modify, and distribute the code in accordance with the license terms in the repository.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be reflected in the source code repository and in app updates. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
